Which designers do you sell?
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality, pre-loved and new handbags and accessories. We welcome bags from the following designers: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Prada, Goyard, Christian Dior, Chloè, Celine, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Fendi, Versace, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari and Rolex.
Can you guarantee that each item is authentic?
Every item is meticulously inspected by our experts. Afterwards, Real Authentication, a third party authentication technology, is utilized. A certificate of authenticity can be purchased separately during checkout for $25.
Do you include a certificate of authenticity?
A certificate of authenticity from Real Authentication can be included at checkout for $25.
Real Authentication is a third party AI authentication technology. At Real Authentication, each handbag or accessory is reviewed by two or more highly-trained authentication experts and run through proprietary Smart Database Scan Technology. This technology examines every element yet again, from the inside out. Real Authentication is the world’s leading process to certify the authenticity of new and used luxury goods.

Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
You don’t have to set up an account – simply checkout as a guest. If you would like to receive regular updates from HSC, be the first to know about sales and invites to our Private Shopping events, please register here.
Shipping and Delivery
How do I track my order?
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
HSC is proud to offer 2-day insured express shipping with all orders.
Please note Fedex Express does not deliver on the weekends. To follow your shipment, please use the tracking number provided.
I’ve entered the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
If your order hasn’t left HSC HQ and you haven’t received a tracking number, please email

How do I cancel my order?

Is my package insured?
Yes, your package is insured in the event of damage, theft and loss until it arrives and is signed for at the shipping address.
Where does HSC deliver?
We offer shipping within the contiguous US. For international shipping, please email
info@handbagsocialclub.com for a shipping quote.
How much does shipping cost?
HSC is proud to offer free 2-day insured express shipping with all orders.
Can I ship my order to a post office box, APO or FPO address?
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to a post office box, APO or FPO address because we require your signature upon delivery.

What payment methods does HSC accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at HSC?
Yes, your credit card data is processed through Shopify Payments and or PayPal or Apple Pay, all of which are PCI Compliant.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged once your order has been verified by our team
Why was my payment declined at checkout?
If your order was declined, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
Returns
Does HSC accept returns?
HSC does not accept returns; all sales are final at the time of sale. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please feel free to book a virtual appointment to see more details.
Virtual Appointments
How can I see an item in more detail?
Schedule a virtual appointment to connect via Zoom, Facetime or GoogleMeet to see the desired item. We are happy to show every detail to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
Do I need to have my camera on for a virtual appointment?
Although we love meeting face to face, you do not need to turn your camera on for a virtual appointment.
How do I cancel a virtual appointment?

Sell Your Items
How can I sell my item(s) with HSC?
We offer two options to sell your items, including consigning or selling directly to HSC.
Sell via Consignment
Can you tell me more about the consignment process?
We welcome handbags, accessories, fine jewelry and designer costume jewelry from the following designers: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Prada, Goyard, Christian Dior, Chloè, Celine, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Fendi, Versace, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari and Rolex.
Fill out the form to tell us about your items. You will receive a confirmation email and a specialist will reach out to you shortly thereafter to discuss the value of your item in further detail.
HSC will assist you with shipping your item to us or scheduling a drop off at our Baltimore location. Once your item is in our care, it will be authenticated by our specialists and backed by a third party AI authentication database. Our experts will list, photograph, and market your item to our extensive network of buyers.
You will receive payment for your item once it has sold. Payment will be made to the Consignor on the 5th day of every month for items sold in the previous month.
What can I expect to receive from consigning my item from HSC?
Our commission pricing is one of the most competitive out there, earning up to 80% of the selling price though our consignment service. Here is our Consignor Commission Scale:
Up to $499 • 50% to consignor
$500 - $1,499 • 60% to consignor
$1,500 - $4,999 • 70% to consignor
$5,000+ • 80% to consignor
I have an item that I’m interested in selling via consignment, but I’m not sure if it's authentic. What do I do?
If any Consignment item is found to be a counterfeit, HSC will return the item to the Consignor upon payment by Consignor to HSC of $125 for any Hermès Birkin or Hermès Kelly and $75.00 for all other items (each an “Authentication Fee”) plus costs of shipping.
Sell via Purchase Agreement
Can you tell me more about the Purchase Agreement process?
We welcome handbags, accessories, fine jewelry and designer costume jewelry from the following designers: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Prada, Goyard, Christian Dior, Chloè, Celine, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Fendi, Versace, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari and Rolex.
Fill out the form and tell us about your bag. After receiving your submission, HSC will review your item and provide you with a price quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We provide upfront quotes so you know exactly how much you will make before you send us your items.
HSC will assist you with shipping your item to us or scheduling a drop off at our Baltimore location. Once your item is in our care, it will be authenticated by our specialists and backed by a third party AI authentication database.
You will receive payment for your item in 5-7 business days after the item has been authenticated and delivered to Handbag Social Club.
I have an item that I’m interested in selling via Purchase Agreement, but I’m not sure if its authentic. What do I do?
If any item is found to be a counterfeit, HSC will return the item to the Seller upon payment by Consignor to HSC of $125 for any Hermès Birkin or Hermès Kelly and $75.00 for all other items (each an “Authentication Fee”) plus costs of shipping.

If I have a special request, can HSC help me?
If you are looking for a handbag, accessories, fine jewelry or deesigner costume jewelry that you don't see on our website, we will do our best to find it for you.
Once you request an item, you will receive a confirmation email with a follow-up from our team shortly thereafter to discuss in further detail.
Please note, sourcing an item can take several weeks to a few months depending on the nature of the item.

How do I join?
Creating an account all you need to do to become a member of the club.
Are there fees to retain membership?
There are no entry fees, annual fees or fees ever.
What do I get by Joining the Club?
Members get early access to new product drops, receive invitations to exclusive private shopping events and are invited to use virtual appointment and bag request services.
What is the Private Collection page?
When HSC members log into their accounts ,the Private Collection page will unlock enabling advanced access to shop the drops before anyone else.
Private Shopping Events
Where do your private shopping events take place?
Handbag Social club offers members' only Private Shopping events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We partner with local tastemakers to offer exclusive private shopping experiences.
How do I get invited to Pop-up events?
Our collaborative, members' only, pop-up events are by invitation only and offer an intimate environment to shop a curated selection of designer handbags and accessories. Join the Club to be added to the invite list.
Can I host a private shopping event?
Whether you are a business interested in expanding clientelle by partnering with Handbag Social Club or an individual looking to offer handbag sales at your next private event, we will work with you to plan the inventory according to your personal preference. On the day of the event, your guests will be able to browse, shop and purchase their favorite items.
